The Role:
The Studio Assistant will work 20 hours a week, over 5 days (4 hours per day), providing administrative support to various departments. The successful candidate must live within a reasonable commute of Birmingham as there is a requirement to work in the office 2 days per month.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of customer contact by answering calls and arranging callbacks
  • Responding to Care Tickets and assigning them internally
  • Managing ongoing assigned Care Projects
  • Monitoring the accounts inbox
  • Contacting customers in regards to overdue invoices
  • Reconciling payments in Xero
  • Scheduling Social Media posts for Launch Days
  • Managing Project Launch Days to ensure they run smoothly
  • Helping to arrange internal & external meetings (Zoom or in-person)
  • Studio calendar management via Asana (including holidays & birthdays)
  • Completing Purchase Orders
  • Ordering equipment for staff and arranging collection of equipment when staff leave the business
  • Ordering gifts and vouchers
  • Helping to arrange travel and accommodation for meetings where required
  • Assisting with onboarding activities including creating software accounts
  • Taking an active role in employee health and well being

The Role

  • Create project schedules and plans
  • Ensure projects run smoothly according to plan and schedule
  • Manage external contractors and internal staff to ensure projects are delivered on-time and in budget
  • Relay team focus for the month
  • Use existing data to forecast future projects helping to optimise schedule
  • Reporting to clients of project progress and managing of client expectations
  • Update senior team members of project progress, communicate issues and provide solutions
  • Prepare monthly debriefs analysing overall performance towards targets and how we can improve in the future

The Role:

KIJO is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will work across multiple digital disciplines.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies
