Yes. We work with clients across the UK and internationally. Most of our process is remote-first, with optional in-person meetings for clients who prefer it.
It means the number we agree at the start is the number you pay at the end — for everything in the agreed scope. If you want to add something along the way, we note it and price it separately. The original price never creeps.
You get 14 days of priority support included after launch. After that, changes are covered by our KIJO Care plans, or quoted individually for larger work. You’ll also be trained to make content edits yourself via the CMS.
We run a fixed-phase process: discovery and strategy (weeks 1–2), design (weeks 3–5), copywriting (weeks 3–5), build (weeks 6–8), QA and launch prep (week 9), launch and handover (week 10). Each phase has a clear sign-off point so there are no surprises.
