The Longevity Doctor is a new, premium longevity clinic located on Harley Street in London, offering exclusive diagnostic tests, consultations, and treatments for those seeking to optimise their health and longterm wellbeing. It is a sister brand of The Private Clinic.
The Longevity Doctor needed a sophisticated website that would establish its new brand identity, communicate its services clearly, and ensure an exceptional user experience. KIJO was brought in to develop a website that would reflect the clinic’s high-end service offering and engage potential clients from the moment they landed on the site. It was to be an elegant and user-centric website that would serve primarily as an informational hub for prospective clients. It also needed to be synergetic to its sister brands, whilst having its own look and feel.

For the booking system, KIJO liaised and worked with Semble’s API team to fully understand the platform’s capabilities and limitations. We agreed on a strategy to direct users to the Semble booking platform. This meant we needed to optimise the Calls to Action (CTAs) and their placements throughout the site. These CTAs would encourage users to click through to Semble and book the services the clinic offered.

We also ensured that the language the CTAs used inspired action in the user. They were written by our copywriter to be direct, clear, and benefit-driven. For example, the one at the base of the page reads “Your Future Health Starts Here. Request Your Consultation.”
By focusing on optimising the CTAs and their placements, KIJO successfully streamlined the user journey and, in turn, aided maximum conversions.
The website needed to look and feel distinctive whilst still aligning with the branding of The Longevity Doctor’s sister brands. This meant striking a balance between familiarity and innovation alongside creating an identity that communicated luxury, professionalism, and trust.

A static website would not be engaging enough for potential clients, especially given the premium nature of the clinic’s services. There was a need to incorporate elements that would make the site feel dynamic, aspirational, and engaging.
KIJO aimed to make the website more than just informational. To keep users engaged, KIJO integrated motion and interactivity throughout the site.

Incorporating interactive elements, such as animations and parallax effects, proved essential in keeping users engaged and guiding them towards key actions, like booking consultations. Interactivity always allows you to tell a brand’s story in a far more engaging and inviting way too. This felt particularly relevant and necessary to incorporate into the design for a luxury health clinic.
To deliver the project in the agreed timeframe, KIJO adopted a wireframe-first approach, focusing on building the basic structure of the website before finalising the design elements. This allowed for faster iterations and feedback, ensuring that the project moved smoothly and to its quick deadlines.
Additionally, KIJO integrated the website with Dot Digital, enabling the clinic’s current email subscriber list to automatically update with new newsletter sign-ups. Subscribers were automatically assigned to the appropriate audience segment, improving the clinic’s marketing capabilities and overall user experience of the entire brand – not just the website.
