Taking the idea from concept to launch, KIJO worked with Dr Adeel Riaz to make his vision a reality. Click GP is a private GP service offering on-line appointments via video calls to patients across the UK.
ClickHP required a bespoke software solution to ensure the smooth operation of his online GP service. The whole spectrum of users, including doctors, patients and admin staff, needed the software to deliver a smooth user journey and faultless technology.
The web application is backed up by a marketing website that has been created on WordPress and optimised for SEO. The website allows users to sign up to the monthly Click GP recurring pricing packages and gives a detailed breakdown of the system’s features.

When deciding the strategy for the application we identified 3 user types: Admin, Doctor & Patient. Each of these account types would need to see different data on their dashboard view. We created 3 personal dashboards to cover each user type.
Doctor Dashboard
Our design ensured all GPs could view their profile, booked appointments and related patient details. The standout feature is the ability to join a consultation and take notes on the system whilst the consultation is taking place.
Patient Dashboard
Users can view and book consultations in real-time via the patient dashboard. They can view their consultation history, including notes taken and medication prescribed, all within one user interface.
Admin Dashboard
The admin dashboard gives users access to all the data and tools required to run a successful online GP service. Our key feature was designing a streamlined way for admin personnel to create and manage clinics.
The most important user feature of the ClickGP application is the ability to conduct live consultations via video calls. The ClickGP system also allows doctors and patients to communicate via direct messages and view a patient’s complete medical history.
We built an intelligent booking system within the Click GP application. Within this system, patients can book appointments and doctors can view upcoming appointments and related patient details. Admin users can create and manage consultations and specify clinic date and length.
The design and development of both the web application and marketing website have received a hugely positive response from all project stakeholders and early-stage users.
