We simplified the user journeys to reach the clinics primary goal of increasing customers. We did this through carefully positioned CTAs, a refined navigation with intuitive dropdowns and sections and pages targetted at specific audiences, specific types of therapy or difficulties.
The Chelsea Psychology Clinic wanted a website which allowed for expansion across the UK as well as into international areas such as Dubai. We created two targetted pages aimed at assisting this, a corporate page and an online page which points towards the online video platform that we have created.
SEO was a big factor in the redesign. We created single pages which would act as landing pages for all of the popular keywords that we identified so if someone searched a specific therapy or difficulty, there was a page for that. If you searched for a service such as individual or online therapy, there was a page for that. There was also pages targeted at specific audiences such as adults or children & adolescents. There was also a tiered blog which aimed at pulling in traffic into different categories.
We created a team and careers page aimed at recruiting and retaining the highest quality employees. We portrayed the benefits and the values of the clinic on these pages.
We created some supporting material to assist business operations and promotional activites. The monochrome stationery looks both professional and abstract with the use of a background pattern.
The brands typography is bold and elegant with the use of a traditional Serif called Quiche Sans complimenting a clean San-Serif called Poppins. The inclusion of a script font called Amoret Sans adds a human and classy touch to the brand.
The corporate literature was understated giving the brand the space it needed to shine through and portray a high end feel.
We created some collateral to support the operations and marketing of the brand such as a presentation deck, a lifestyle brochure and posters.
A key part of the brands marketing is through social media so we put emphasis on ensuring it looked great. We tidied up the profile assets and produced templates for any future posts.
We created a brand guidelines displaying brand rules and standards to ensure consistency across all application.
